Ms. Mwenya Chalwe is the Head Legal & Company Secretary of First Capital Bank Limited. She is an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Zambia and holder of an LLB Degree.

She has fourteen (14) years of experience in banking and private law practice specializing in litigation, credit legal lending, regulatory compliance, company secretarial, and governance. In addition, management and drafting of various commercial agreements, conveyancing, collateral management, and rendering of legal opinions.

Prior to joining First Capital Bank Limited, she worked for First National Bank Zambia Limited and Finance Bank Zambia Limited in various capacities, as well as Messrs. Ranchhod I Chungu and associates, where she served as an Associate Advocate.
