Mr. Bwalya is our Head of Operations and Information Technology for First Capital Bank. He has over 17 years of Banking experience. Prior to Joining the Bank he worked for Cavmont Bank where he started his banking career and later joined Barclays Bank now ABSA and served for a period of 10 years in various positions notably the Treasury Operations Manager and Market Risk. Within First Capital Bank, he has served as Treasury Operations Manager and Project Manager before his current role. He is   an Accountant by profession with the Zambia Institute of chartered Accounts (ZICA)

Kennedy served as Board Member of the Education Board for ACI, the Financial Markets Association, which is a member of the ACI FMA Management Board, headquartered in Paris France for 4 years. He also served as an executive member of the  Financial Markets Association of Zambia from year 2013 holding several positions notably Project Coordinator and Chairman of the Settlement Sub-committee of the Association.
